This landing page was designed and developed for Valley Eye Associates for their Google Adwords campaign. While still a work in progress, a strong call-to-action was implemented, dominating most of the banner space above the fold. The visitor is also given an option of submitting their appointment request online through a modal window. FancyBox, based on jQuery, was implemented for the modal window display.
